Paul Tilbury has ＞22 years' experience as a Director in a Big-4 Professional Services Firm delivering Financial Services Consulting and as an Executive in Banking. Paul has worked as a Management Consultant at Big-4 Consulting Firms (Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG), SIA Partners and in the Financial Services industry for UBS, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Halifax, BNP Paribas and Bank of America in executive level roles. Over his career Paul has interviewed in excess of 300 individuals and been an assessor for Graduate Programmes and Apprenticeship Programmes. Paul can offer his mentees advice, tips and feedback to help you succeed in Graduate Assessment Centres and Early Career Interviews - especially in Professional Services (Consulting) and Financial Services (Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, Asset and Wealth Management).
