People leave managers not companies, and you have the power to change that! With over 20 years of HR and operational senior leadership experience in multiple industries, I work with leaders to nurture and excel them from a manager to a highly successful leader. Being a leader in a forever changing world can be a huge challenge. I work with leaders to develop their confidence and skills, in order to get the best from their teams. Most recently I have transferred the mindset of leaders, thus maintain engagement of their employees in a hybrid working environment.
Delivery
Six 60-minute guided conversations held on Teams, over a 6 month period. The frequency to be agreed mutually respecting your super busy diary.
Expected Outcome
By the end of the coaching period, you will feel more empowered and confident to lead teams in a forever changing working world! The sessions are lead by your needs, and what behaviours/mindset you wish to change. It's very much a two way process- however fear not, as you'll be guided throughout the 6 sessions.
